Live and Recorded Pilates Classes
Join LIVE streamed classes to get your Pilates fix in the comfort of your own home. Small class sizes means you can still benefit from personal instruction and correction. Prefer to work on your own? Recorded classes give you the flexibility to practise when it suits you with offline exercise support! Private One 2 One and Pre-Natal live streamed classes also available.
GROUP INDOOR CLASSES
Mixed Ability Mat Pilates
Suitable for all levels and abilities, even those completely new to Pilates. Mixed Ability Matwork Pilates classes consist of exercises using body weight and small equipment. Exercises can be modified or adapted to suit each individual so that everyone gets the best from the class! These fun and dynamic classes are held in Hedge End and Hayling Island. Class sizes are limited to comply with social distancing. Ages 14 to 114 welcome!
One 2 One & Small Groups
Help achieve your goals faster and more effectively. Ideal if you are new to Pilates, are suffering from pain or discomfort, recovering from injury, illness or child-birth. Private classes can be held in the comfort of your own home. If you and a Small Group of friends would like your own private class, this can also be arranged!

Back pain is the largest reported reason for sickness absence in the UK. Create a wellness program for your employees with regular pilates session in your office. Pilates can help to strengthen the core, improve posture and is highly recommended for people who spend a lot of time sitting in office. All you need is an open space and a group of willing employees!
PRE & POST NATAL PILATES
Bounce Back from the Bump
Most women benefit greatly from exercising throughout their pregnancy and Pilates can help prevent or reduce a number of pregnancy-related concerns, particularly postural and circulatory. Sarah is a specialist in Pre and Post Natal Pilates and runs regularly courses as well as offering as offering one 2 one classes for new mums and mums to be.
KIDS & TEENS PILATES
Strong & Confident Kids
There’s mounting evidence of the benefits of Pilates for Kids and Teens. Improved concentration, better exam results and happier & healthier kids! Sarah is specially trained to teach ages 3.5 years + and is DBS checked and trained in safeguarding. Regular one-off sessions and parent & child classes are run throughout Hampshire. Private Pilates parties can also be arranged.
A BIT ABOUT SARAH
I am a Level 3 VTCT certified Pilates Instructor, with specialties in Common Orthopaedic Conditions along with Pilates for Antenatal and Postnatal, Kids & Teens and Runners & Cyclists.
I first discovered Pilates in 2009 when I was looking for rehabilitative forms of exercise to manage the symptoms of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Ten years down the line and I'm more passionate than ever about the benefits of Pilates. This unique form of movement has aided the quick recovery from a number of injuries and kept me away from expensive Physiotherapists, Osteopaths and Chiropractors!
I am really enjoying Sarah’s classes. I’ve been to loads of classes over the years but had never done Pilates. It is clear that she really plans each class to help you progress, building on what you have learnt and able to do. Sarah gives you different options whatever your ability!
