Service Description
Suitable for all levels and abilities, even those completely new to Pilates. Mixed Ability Matwork Pilates classes consist of exercises using body weight. Exercises can be modified or adapted to suit each individual so that everyone gets the best from the class! These fun and dynamic classes will improve flexibility and muscle tone, without a sweaty or intense workout! Please note this class is run in partnership with Havant Borough Council and Get Up and Go, and is only open to residents of the Borough. You may be asked to complete a short online form to register with the Get Up & Go Programme and your details including name, email and phone number will be shared with the Get Up and Go administrators for the purpose of program management and marketing directly related to program activity. First Class FREE. When booking your first class, please select "Pay In Person" at the checkout - your booking will still show the class fee but you will not be charged. This class is usually held at the Public Service Plaza in Havant, but please note the venue when booking in case of changes.

Cancellation Policy
All bookings are subject to a strict 48 hour cancellation policy. Classes cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged at the pay as you go class rate of £5. In the event of no shows, you will be charged at the pay as you go class rate of £5. A credit or debit card will be required to secure your booking. Any cancellation fees will be charged to this payment method. Additional T&Cs: This class is only open to Havant Borough resident's over 16 years old.
