Service Description
A calming 30-minute yoga-inspired session combining gentle stretching, breathwork, and mindfulness meditation. You’ll learn how the breath connects body and mind, preparing you for deep relaxation. Suitable for all levels of fitness and ability, this practice supports physical release, mental clarity, and emotional balance. This class draws on the yoga tradition, touching on elements of the Eight Limbs of Yoga: - Asana (movement & stretching) to ease the body and release tension preparing the body for relaxation. - Pranayama (breathwork) to support lung function, calm the nervous system, and improve focus. - Pratyahara (sense withdrawal) and Dharana (concentration) to gently guide awareness inward. - Dhyana (meditation) and relaxation practices to restore calm and balance. Benefits of Breathwork & Mindfulness: Reduces stress, anxiety, and overwhelm. Supports cardiovascular and respiratory health. Improves focus, clarity, and sleep quality. Enhances flexibility and releases physical tension. Promotes a deeper state of rest and relaxation.

Cancellation Policy
All bookings are subject to a strict 48 hour cancellation policy. Classes cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged at the pay as you go class rate of £5. In the event of no shows, you will be charged at the pay as you go class rate of £5. A credit or debit card will be required to secure your booking. Any cancellation fees will be charged to this payment method. Additional T&Cs: This class is only open to Havant Borough resident's over 16 years old. You may be asked to complete a short online form to register with the Get Up & Go Programme and your details including name, email and phone number will be shared with the Get Up and Go administrators for the purpose of program management and marketing directly related to program activity.
